Il primo consiglio dipende dalla grandezza della vostra casa, ma l’ideale sarebbe poter avere una stanza dedicata al guardaroba, in modo da non dover andare a riempire la camera da letto con armadi alti fino al soffitto, il tavolo della toeletta (di cui abbiamo parlato più dettagliatamente in questo post) e cassettiere varie.
ENG. The first advice depends on the size of your home, but the ideal would be to have a room dedicated to the walk in closet, so as not to have to go and fill the bedroom with tall cabinets up to the ceiling, the dressing table (of which we have spoken in more detail in this post) and various dressers.

Il secondo consiglio è di scegliere un colore neutro per i mobili del guardaroba: vi consiglio un bianco, o un legno chiaro, poiché ci penseranno i vostri vestiti ad aggiungere il colore nella vostra stanza; come nella foto qui sopra, un armadio vuoto può far sembrare la stanza asettica e forse con troppi mobili, ma ricordate che questa sarà la stanza dove conserverete non solo i vestiti, ma anche gli accessori, borse, valigie, coperte, lenzuola, e tutto ciò che concerne la camera da letto, che potrà essere quindi più minimalista e meno piena di oggetti.
ENG. The second advice is to choose a neutral color for the wardrobe furniture: I recommend a white or a bright wood color, as your clothes will add color to your room. As in the photo above, an empty wardrobe can make the room seem aseptic and perhaps with too much furniture, but remember that this will be the room where you will keep not only clothes, but also accessories, bags, suitcases, blankets, sheets, and everything what concerns the bedroom, which can therefore be more minimalist and less full of objects.

Anche l’illuminazione è molto importante, e vi consiglio di non concentrarvi solo sull’illuminazione generale della stanza, ma soprattutto su quella degli interni degli armadi, che vi permetterà di scegliere i vestiti più velocemente, potendo vedere chiaramente tutti i colori e la tipologia di vestiti al suo interno. Nella foto qui sopra potete vedere che sono state aggiunte anche luci nel controsoffitto e nella parte sottostante l’armadio.
ENG. Lighting is also very important, and I advise you not to concentrate only on the general lighting of the room, but above all on that of the interior of the cabinets, which will allow you to choose clothes faster, being able to clearly see all the colors and the type of clothes inside. In the picture above you can see that lights have also been added to the ceiling and to the underside of the wardrobe.

Valutate inoltre se volete degli armadi senza ante, come nella foto qui sopra, che rendono molto più comodo scegliere i vestiti e permettono di risparmiare spazio (un armadio senza ante può essere profondo solo 60 centrimetri) ma che potrebbero accumulare polvere più facilmente, oppure usare delle ante.
In questa seconda opzione, dovrete scegliere bene come dividere gli spazi, poiché non vi conviene fare delle ante alte fino al soffitto, a causa del peso e del conseguente spessore che dovrebbero avere.
Tenete inoltre conto che un armadio con ante ad apertura a battente deve essere largo almeno 65 centimetri, mentre per un armadio con ante scorrevoli dovrà essere largo almeno 70 centimetri (lo spazio in più serve per l’installazione del binario dove scorreranno le ante).
ENG. Consider also if you want cabinets without doors, as in the picture above, which make it much more comfortable to choose clothes and save space (a wardrobe without doors can be wide only 60 centimeters) but could accumulate dust more easily, or use some doors.
In this second option, you will have to choose well how to divide the spaces, since it is not advisable to make doors up to the ceiling, due to the weight and the consequent thickness that they should have.
Also keep in mind that a wardrobe with hinged doors must be at least 65 centimeters wide, while for a wardrobe with sliding doors it must be at least 70 centimeters wide (the extra space is needed for the installation of the track where the doors will slide).

Se vi è possibile, cercate anche di mettere anche un’area dove sedervi, che può essere una panca con cassetti come nella foto qui sopra, o una panca centrale, come potete vedere in qualche foto precedente. Sebbene possiate pensare di non averne bisogno, vi ricordo che avere un piano di appoggio più basso dove magari appoggiare dei vestiti già usati ma non ancora sporchi può essere sempre utile.
ENG. If possible, try also to put also an area where you can sit, which can be a bench with drawers like in the picture above, or a central bench, as you can see in some previous photos. Although you may think you don’t need it, I remind you that having a lower support surface where you can even put on clothes that are already used but not yet dirty can always be useful.

ITA. Ecco, personalmente credo che questa immagine possa riassumere perfettamente ciò che abbiamo detto oggi:

- Luci all’interno degli armadi
- Divisione degli spazi in maniera funzionale all’interno degli armadi, con cassetti, ripiani, spazi di diverse altezze, parte superiore per riporre coperte, lenzuola e altri elementi che si usano poco
- Mobili bianchi che aiutano a rendere l’ambiente visivamente più grande
- Uso di grandi specchi per allargare visivamente lo spazio
- Presenza di una panca e di una seduta per accomodarsi o per appoggiare i vestiti usati
