ITA. Oggi voglio vedere con voi qualche idea per gli ingressi di dimensioni ridotte: infatti non tutte le case o gli appartamenti hanno la possibilità di realizzare degli ingressi come quelli visti nelle immagini scorse.
Più verosimilmente per alcune abitazioni ci si troverà come nella situazione riportata dall’immagine qui sopra: si può ususfruire del muro dietro la porta, su cui è appeso uno specchio e una mensola dove riporre le chiavi, e nell’angolo un portaombrelli e avanza ancora dello spazio per delle scarpe e per un cestino dove mettere le cose.
ENG. Today I want to take a look for some ideas about small entrances: in fact, not all houses or condominiums have the possibilities to make entrance like those seen in the lasts posts’ images. For some houses we will find the situation reported by the image above: we can use the wall behind the door, on which a mirror and a shelf where to put the keys, and in the corner an umbrella stand and some space for shoes and a basket.

ITA. Rimanendo in tema di pareti strette, se si ha un tavolo-console di dimensioni non eccessive, si può decidere di sostituirlo con la mensola, in modo da poterci mettere su delle decorazioni più pesanti, come ad esempio la lampada dell’immagine qui sopra. Sotto il tavolo si possono mettere delle scarpe, o anche un cesto per i panni sporchi, nel caso l’ingresso coincida con il corridoio che porta alla lavanderia.
ENG. About narrow walls, you can decide toreplace the shelf with a console table of not excessive dimensions, so you can put on some heavier decorations on it, such as the lamp of the image above. Under the table you can put some shoes, or even a basket for dirty clothes, in case the entrance coincides with the corridor leading to the laundry.

But behind the front door there might not even be a wall, but a kind of niche that can be embellished with a mirror and a shoe rack: in the photo above you can see how the space is really minimal, yet keeping the colors on the white you can make sure to make the space brighter and look larger than it actually is.
By adding a plant on the shoe rack, you can add a little color to the environment, without affecting its functions – on the furniture there is still space for some boxes and for an eventual shelf where to store the keys and the wallet.

ITA. Per rendere l’ingresso apparentemente più grande di quello che è, un’altra soluzione può essere di rivestire la parete della nicchia con uno specchio, aggiungendo delle luci sopra di esso, come nell’immagine qui sopra.
ENG. To make the entrance look larger than it is, another solution may be to cover the wall of the niche with a mirror, adding lights above it, as in the image above.
THAI. เพื่อให้ทางเข้าดูใหญ่ขึ้น สามารถใช้กระจกเงาตกแต่งผนังหลังโต๊ะ และเพิ่มไฟเช่นเดียวกับในภาพด้านบน
ITA. In alternativa la “nicchia” può essere arredata con una seduta e dei ripiani sopra di esso dove è possibile riporre anche lenzuola, federe e coperte che vengono cambiate di tanto in tanto, in modo da non occupare lo spazio degli armadi in camera da letto. Decorato in questo modo, l’ingresso può diventare un confortevole angolo lettura dove magari sorseggiare un buon tè caldo.
ENG. Alternatively the niche can be furnished with a seat and shelves above it where you can also store sheets, pillowcases and blankets that are changed from time to time, so to not occupy the space in the bedroom’s closets. Decorated in this way, the entrance become a comfortable reading corner where you can relax sipping a good hot tea while reading a good novel.

ITA. Ma cosa fare se invece non ci fosse affatto una parete “libera” da adibire ad ingresso? Potete sempre costruirvi voi il vostro ingresso! Nella foto qui sopra potete vedere come è stato costruito un muro di partizione tra l’ingresso e la sala da pranzo, con una scarpiera nella parte sottostante e delle fessure per riviste e posta nella larghezza del muro, che presenta nella parte soprastante la scarpiera un pattern esagonale traforato, in modo da mantenere comunque una continuità visiva con il resto della casa.
ENG. But what to do if instead there was not an available wall to be used as an entrance? You can always build your entrance! In the picture above you can see how a partition wall has been built between the entrance’s door and the dining room, with a shoe rack in the lower part and a slots for magazine placed in the width of the wall; in the part above the shoe rack the wall has a perforated hexagonal pattern, to maintain a visual continuity with the rest of the home.
